Bible Verse 6/23

Luke 14

Jesus routinely escapes the Pharisees traps because the Holy Spirit help Him see the true reason that they Pharisees have invited Him there. Do not lay traps with bad intentions. Traps are for hunting and pests. Not for the fellow man. We should not rush out to get the highest sear at the table. Where we are meant to sit will be provided by us by the Lord. Let the greedy sit in a rush. Find your seat as you will. We have to allow the Lord to provide more for us and not rely on ourselves as much. What can be accomplished through Him is much greater than we can dream without. Enter with humility and be humble. Then Repent! Then the Lord will provide. We are to broadcast our Faith and the message of Christ loudly! Everyone is meant to hear the Word and be saved. But those who are too indulged in themselves will not join us. They will be with Satan forever. Lord, guide us through this life lifting You up and spreading the Word. Understand that as we share the Word, we will not always find refuge. Satan is a powerful force and will rebuke us. However, we mustn't give in to the weakness. The biggest strength we have is in prayer, just as it was with Jesus. In prayer we must listen for the answers. He is listening and will answer us. Do not allow oneself to have ideas conflated about what Faith and Salvation are. The Lord is the only one who demands our praise. We must give it only to Him.
