Luke Chapter 18

#parableszn We must never forget God's enduring love for us. If someone not of God can be easily convinced to do something for one he cares for little, do you think that God will look after us as long as we have Faith? Of course He will. God has told us again and again that He will watch over us. As long as we hold true to Him and have Faith, He will take care of us. When we give the Lord our voice in prayer, we must always ask for forgiveness first. The Lord needs to know we are grateful for His Mercy. Praises of prayer are great things, but the Lord wants our heart and our soul over our thanks for the worldly blessings. We are called to drop our pride and be more like little children for Christ. Be totally dependent on Him to solve our problems. We must be careful with the way we perceive ourselves and judge ourselves. Christ is the only one who should do that. We must be careful with worldly riches. They are a trap to think of ourselves as more than we are. Be ready to throw away your riches to follow the Lord. I would prefer to be rich in Faith and Grace. Then my riches will most certainly be of the Lord. Do not allow one's ears to be deaf to the messaging of the Lord. When He speaks we must listen to what is said and not what we want to hear. By putting our Faith in God and trusting Him with our lives we will be Saved and Blessed beyond our wildest dreams.
