Bible Verse 8/14/24

Joshua 6: The fall of the walls of Jericho was a tremendous miracle. However, Israel did not have to walk the walls of the city 6 days in a row and 7 times on the 7th day. That was done to teach Israel obedience and trust. The Lord could have had that wall fall any time. Now Israel is learning to listen to the Lord and his might and trust in Him above all else. How can we better hear what the Lord is telling us? Does he have a message for us that we aren’t able to hear? Is our prayer life sufficient for Him to speak to us? The only thing besides the valuables that was taken from Jericho was the Harlot, Rahab and her family. Her Faith saved her. How can our Faith save us?
