This is gonna get a little heavy.... Paul calls us to be the sacrifice. But not a physical sacrifice. We are called to sacrifice our spirit for Him and it should "die" in this world. For He is in this world, but not of it. In the same way as we are called to be in this world and not of it. We are called to not think of ourselves above others. God judges us all on an equal playing field. The field of Faith. We are given "gifts" from God or talents. Paul tells us to use these talents in the Lord's house. Whatever you many excel at, do it for the Lord. Paul commands us to abandon that which is evil and loathe it. In doing so we are to cling to that which is good. Called further to do everything to the best of our abilities, especially in the church. In doing so we can always look to Him to find the inspiration to make things perfect as HE is. We are not to judge and fight with others. We are to give them food when they hunger and drink when they thirst. Do all things out of goodness. Do not be dismayed when Satan intervenes on our intentions of goodness. Look to the Lord again for guidance and patience. He will hear your prayer and give you strength.
