Romans 13

We are called to love above all else. Love through Christ will keep us aloft in the storm and guide our raft to showing this love to others. It is time to wake from sleep and let our spirit shine brightly for Him. Paul tells us in the beginning of the chapter to follow the laws. We should as long as these laws be legal in the context of the Lord. For the Lord, God, did constitute the original government and man hath used it ever since. The laws and guidance of the day by the government is getting beyond what I would say is Christian. Same as the taxes being outrageous. This is over and above the intent of the Lord to help organize and maintain order. Set aside the feeling of being maligned and look across the road or street. Know that your neighbors also feel your pain and strife as well as having their own version. Love them openly and lift up the whole world. We as Christians must do this or no one will.
