Bible Verse 8/9/24

Joshua 1:

In verse 9 we are given a promise the Lord makes to Joshua. (Moses has since passed and Joshua is now the leader of Israel). "Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord your God is with you wheresoever you go." We are so blessed to have Him with us always. To look after us and guide our lives in the ways He taught us. Satan can try and sway the man, but with God on our side, Satan cannot even muster a light breeze. I

t is easy to be Faithful when our Faith is not tested. The testing of our Faith is something we will all go through. God tests us in many ways and often. Do your best to pass the tests from the Lord. He has a plan and building you up through strife and tearing you down is a major part of it. We must be built only in His name and to give Him Glory. When we take direction not from the Lord, we are being like stubborn Israel and stay in the wilderness. When we allow the Lord to lead us, we get to join Israel and cross the Jordan.
