The key point of the first few verse in this chapter is to make it plain as day that the "His mercy endures forever". We are to fear Him to understand Him. Call upon the Lord and do not rest in your journey with Him. Give Him the Praise and the glory. Israel will one day realize this. The glory is for God always and being on the side of man is a loosing proposition. (Verses seven and eight) Satan has energized the enemy against the Lord and will continue to do so. We are under a constant barrage of sin and evil. There is little we now need to do to conquer the sin and strife we face. Look to the Lord and He will provide answers and joy. For His mercy endures forever. We are always in need of His mercy. There does not go a day where we do not sin.
When the Lord answers our prayers, and those of Israel, we shall be exalted and must proclaim the Salvation our God provides. The gates open only for those who are righteous, or for those who fully believe in the Lord and are saved by Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for us. Are you righteous enough on your own? I know I fall short every single day.
Build your life on the center of the Faith. Use Jesus Christ as the head stone for our lives. With the solid rock underneath us, we are destined for great things through Him. We must continue to praise Him and give thanks for His sacrifice. Exalt Him above all else and be resolved of all sin. Let His Mercy ENDURE FOREVER!
