The underlying joy of this psalm jumps out to me right away. Whoever wrote this Pslam (we aren't particularly sure) was doing so in celebration of God and His faith in God. Faith rewarded with victory through the Lord. Sing the praises of the Most High! We are told to do this more than 7 times in this chapter alone! Through the Lord there is nothing that cannot be done (assuming it is His will). When we are one with the Lord, we will constantly sing praises to Him and be in prayer more often than we are not. There is an internal struggle there always as that requires us to surrender control and allow the Lord to become the pilot and ourselves to be the joyous passenger. How can we do this?
