David cried out to the Lord for the Lord's help, as we are called to do. God will separate us into the believers and the wicked. Their is no easier separation for Him to make. That gap there is so easy for Him to see, and us as well if we look for it. David tells us that if we believe in God and the things He hath done, God will save us. However the inverse is also true. If we don't believe in Him and His works, He shall destroy us and cast us into the desert. God hears us when we cry out to Him. He is our strength and our shield. If we give Him our heart and trust in Him, He will help us. Then we should rejoice and praise Him! How simple a command here to follow. Yet often we fall short. Be in the Lord always so we can avoid the pain and suffering that all too often engulfs us. Do not give in to the weakness of our flesh. Use the strength of the Lord to fight off the deception of the demons telling you it will be okay. What does God say about that behavior? Is there any doubt that a sin is a sin? Cut back on the Sin through prayer and a constant relationship with the Father. He will guide us in the ways of the Lord if we hold Him up above all else always. He is of paramount importance and His influence on us should supersede every other thing in this world.
