Bible Verse Synopsis 10-6-24

Psalms 30

As we know the Lord protects us from Sin and from Death when we reach out to him. We must sing His praises and honor Him in all things. God is Holy and we need to remember how wonderful He truly is. We need to do this all day every day. Pray to the Lord continuously. As Israel kept with the Lord, She was strong. When She was weak in the Lord, she faltered. The same applies to us. God's anger with Israel only lasted but a short while in his eyes "a moment.... Joy comes in the morning." The Joy of Israel's freedom is coming. We need to break the pride we have in ourselves and what we do. The only pride we should have is our pride in Him. Knowing that we are blessed enough to know Him. The rest of our behavior should not include pride in any fashion. We are called to be humble. "For the meek will inherit the Kingdom of Heaven". Plead with the Lord for mercy and for Him to be our helper. When we pray in this manner, the Lord will hear us and answer us. He will elevate us above the struggles and be with us in our journeys.
