Psalms 74

God has smote Israel again and again because they continue to sin against Him. Now the enemy (the unrepentant sinners) come to destroy the temple and wreak havoc against God’s people. The author here gives recognition to God for all the things He can do. Which is complete. The day and and the night (Verse 16) control of water from anywhere (Verse 15 & 13) the seasons and the borders of land and sea (Verse 17). We are forgetful often about how amazing and powerful the Lord is. We must remember to praise Him for all He does for us and all the things we know not that He does to protect us. Respect the Lord and has promised to all believers. Help the believers, like us, to gather and praise His name. For that is the best metho for the Lord to be recognized, with loud Praise!
