Bible Verse Synopsis 4-29-25

Nehemiah 11:

The people cast lots of the volunteers to defend the city from evil, the heathens. Only 1 of 10 would be chosen. Of these it would be a great honor. In the inner ring would reside the priests and those vital to the Temple. The Singers and the Levites and every important person to the temple’s activity. God was placed at the center of the center. This is how our lives are supposed to be lived as well. With God at the center and only those vital to His mission inside it. Once we have accepted Christ and discovered His joy in our life can we expand our world and the open possibilities He provides us. Offer up yourself to serve Him and He will inhabit your center. Then, He will open the gates to influence the world through you. He will always protect you as the men protected the city. He provides the armor we need to be unaffected by the World. Pray for the strength of your armor and for Him to inhabit our hearts.
