Verses 1-22 encapsulate the feelings of Christ on the Cross. How is this possible? There is nothing like the Lord and His word to predict the feelings of a future event, let alone the crucifixion of God's only Son. The use of proper words and capitalized letters speaks to more than 1 Holy being. We rarely have the Holy Spirit talked towards or replies from it heard. So therefore the Proper names must be referring to God and Jesus. How David could right of this is beyond the possible without God. The Glory of God continues forever and ever. Jesus died for us so that we can live eternally. Through Him we can achieve whatever we set our minds to as long as it glorifies Him. Continue to glorify God in every step of our lives and spread the Word like a plague, for all to hear and see. 1 single seed of the Truth can spark the Holy Spirit into action. Keep planting seeds and eventually the fruit will grow. It takes practice to cultivate the Fruit of the Spirit. As a farmer learns over time and with practice, so will you.
